This is a secure function and once submitted, abstracts cannot be openly viewed. In case of difficulty with the online submission page, abstracts may also be sent to conferences@bohs.org. Receipt of all abstracts will be acknowledged automatically by email and authors of accepted papers will be notified by November 2017. The organisers consider acceptance of an abstract as a commitment to present. If extenuating circumstances prevent the author from making the presentation, it is the author's obligation to find an alternative presenter and to notify the organisers. Accepted authors will be requested to submit final abstracts. If accepted, authors should consult the 'Guidelines for Presenters' which will be available before the conference. The Committee requires all presentations to be submitted in advance of the conference.
