RHP Risk Management
Mr. Fred Boelter is a thought leader and educator in risk management and occupational health. He has 45 years of experience in industrial hygiene, environmental engineering, source-pathway-receptor analysis, and risk management. He is a certified industrial hygienist, a licensed professional engineer, and a board certified environmental engineer. He is an AIHA Fellow and a recipient of the Edward J. Baier Technical Achievement Award, the Henry F. Smyth, Jr. Award, and the Donald E. Cummings Memorial Award. He was trained as an Environmental Engineer at Purdue University and has expertise in defining, analyzing, characterizing, assessing, communicating and managing occupational and non-occupational risks to human health and the environment. He has consulted with agencies, unions, private industry, not-for-profit organizations, real property owners, and attorneys on chemical, biological, and physical agents and designed control technologies. During his career with USDOL-OSHA he conducted general schedule, complaint, and compliance inspections of the regulated communities.
